Hi, my name is Tammy and I’m a degree qualified nutritionist specialising in gut disorders such as IBS, SIBO, Reflux, Heartburn and more.
My clients also seek help for allergies, weight loss, immune support and mental health. I am qualified as a Metabolic Balance Coach for weight loss and metabolic disorders.
As a women in my 40's with 3 teenage kids, I understand the juggle! Its time to focus on you, and your kids need you to do that too.
I use holistic approach looking for the root cause addressing upstream mechanisms not just using 'natural methods' to treat symptoms.
I enjoy developing a close relationship with my clients and supporting them through this lifestyle transition into a healthier version of themselves as easily as possible.
